Assistant Manager CRM Comms - Reebok

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:


As a challenger brand, Reebok needs to be known for building the best relationships with our consumers. Building these relationships is key to our long-term success, and Reebok UNLOCKED, our omnichannel membership and loyalty platform, is a key pillar to realize this ambition. This exciting position will be delivering campaigns that grow and sustain a database of dedicated consumers.



Key Responsibilities:  

  • Manage Reebok Membership campaigns, including Reebok UNLOCKED and ReebokONE, from briefing through to execution
  • Manage the Reebok Membership measurement process, including briefing and delivering analytics and analysis
  • Maintain the Reebok Membership activation calendar
  • Communicate status of campaigns to key stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Act as internal champion of Reebok’s loyalty program across Europe
  • Coordinate with key Global and Local counterparts to brief and execute relevant campaigns
  • Coordinate with key Ecom stakeholders including analytics and CRM
  • Be an internal champion of Reebok’s loyalty program across Europe

Key Relationships:


  • Europe Marketing Team, including Ecom, Brand Campaigns and Brand Comms Team
  • Global Reebok Digital Team, including Global Membership / CRM Team
  • Extended European Ecom Team, including Digital Activation Team, IT and Operations
  • Local European Marketing Teams


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • CRM, Membership and / or Loyalty experience, including some of the following: planning, briefing and / or delivering CRM campaigns
  • Analytics and analysis experience; ability to turn data into insights
  • Excellent communicator – both written and verbal
  • Strong creative eye
  • Knowledge, understanding and / or passion for the sports and lifestyle market in footwear, apparel and accessories
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with a proven capacity to learn and tackle new challenges
  • High level of organization with a structured, methodical way of working
  • Experience building relationships across a variety of levels
  • Fluent in English. Second language is a plus


Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:  


  • 2-4+ years marketing experience with experience growing a CRM program
  • Degree-educated preferably in communications, or equivalent industry experience
  • Global mindset and ability to work cross culturally; experience within different countries and/or different cultures preferred
  • Passion for marketing, the digital space and understanding consumer motivations
  • Resilience, proactivity and a challenger mentality
