Associate Manager, Digital Marketing


Purpose
Contribute to growth of paid media for key performance channels by supporting the Performance Marketing team. This individual will work closely with our agency partners and internal teams to manage everything from day-to-day activations to monthly planning and creative testing. This position is critical for ensuring all activations are accurate and executed on time to elevate the Reebok brand and drive sales of Reebok product.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Plan and execute strategic approaches to digital marketing channels, specifically SEM, display, and social media campaigns to drive ROI
  • Work cross-functionally across paid search, paid social and display to manage day-to-day activations, monthly planning, cross-channel audiences, geo, promotions, etc.
  • Collaborate with, and maintain effective communication with, internal digital marketing teams, external agencies, and other vendor partners to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across digital marketing channels to drive efforts to market
  • Support Performance Marketing team with everything from day-to-day campaigns to monthly planning
  • Help measure, track and report on channel performance alongside Analytics team and agency partners
  • Provide regular insights into KPIs, audience and seasonal trends that will inform that overall business strategy and decision-making 
  • Partner with Creative and CRM teams to evolve messaging for new audiences and test roadmaps 
  • Coordinate with our Category Marketing team on the development and execution of activation strategies

  • Ability to multi-task with a great attention to detail
  • A foundational understanding of Display Media, SEM, Social Media marketing
  • Display sound project management skills to effectively prioritize standard tasks, and new activations

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Advertising preferred
  • Working knowledge of traditional and ecommerce search platforms and partners such as Google AdWords, SA360, Yahoo Gemini, Bing Ads, YouTube, Facebook Advertising
     Solid understanding of Adobe Omniture and Google Analytics
  • Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing, ecommerce and/or analytics experience within an advertising agency or corporate marketing department, or related field.
