Digital Partner Development Manager

The Digital Partner Development Key Account Manager will drive the implementation of innovative solutions developed by the Digital Partner Commerce Department to improve our online business performance with the identified wholesale accounts in the US.  This person will be a key point of contact for account teams on all measures in improving Digital sales, supporting them with insights and best practices.  Additionally, they will drive all cross functional collaboration including account’s external teams, US marketing, US Business Planning, US CTC, and US Sales Account team, in order to formulate account specific strategies, tactics and actions to increase Reebok’s Digital Online Share with the partners.

 

What you'll do:

  • Serve as the digital expert and single point of contact for Reebok US Wholesale Key Account base assigned, working both internally with Key Account sales team as well as with external account specific digital team.
  • Build excellent external account relationships focused on the digital leads, working toward “trusted advisor” status.
  • Partner cooperatively with key account sales team with a focus on “sell through” of digital assortment.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Digital Partner Commerce Marketplace team to execute all available digital tools and levers onsite for digital key accounts.
  • Maniacally focus on Reebok’s digital penetration across account base uncovering new solutions for digital growth and execution.
  • Provide guidelines, direction and support regarding Digital Partner Development initiatives across the organization.
  • Mine, analyze and distribute digital analytics from globally sourced tools to identify key category and open to buy opportunities as well as communicate digital findings cross functionally.
  • Lean into account specific data around traffic, conversion, AOV, CTR, and other sales metrics to uncover new brand opportunities with key digital partners.
  • Prepare, manage and monitor the scaling of Global Digital Partner Development solutions across market accounts aiming to improve Reebok digital business performance, including:
    • Identify account specific digital levers to prioritize by understanding what is most impactful for sell through and sell out.
    • Give implementation guidance to account teams both internally and externally (in collaboration with Digital Marketplace Manager & Specialist)
    • Continuously monitor implementation progress and results and remove potential roadblocks to create seamless consumer journey on site.
  • Drive digital range & digital allocation in partnership with KAM, Business Planning, Digital CTC lead and Partner Program Specialist and support execution with account teams.
  • Work in tandem with trade marketing to uncover, understand and implement account specific digital initiatives that will drive digital growth
  • Delve into account analytics and share with trade team to ensure best digital marketing spend (MWB & SWB) across the market digital platforms and performance marketing effectiveness
  • Prepare reporting on progress, results and improvement areas of Digital Partner Development initiatives for Market DPC Lead, Global DPC Partner Development and other senior stakeholders
  • Drive solution and tool usage across US and continuously update and feedback on tools and automation to DBC and Digital Marketplace Senior Managers.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years business experience, with 3 of those preferrably being in eCommerce
  • Wholesale Sales or Account Facing Experience
  • Experience in E-Commerce field (e.g. Digital merchandising, Digital consumer experience and/or Digital Marketing)
  • Experience in leading and managing projects involving diverse sets of stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
  • Ability to convince and motivate people on different seniority levels and communicate change
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to lead several projects simultaneously
