Director Concept to Consumer, Brand Reebok

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Drive category & channel business to success with Reebok HQ (CTC) & Merchandising teams

 

Key Responsibilities:  

 

  • Key contact to local sales teams on range specific topics and concepts, and feedback needed for global team.
  • Provide input to global team with country expertise as country “lead“ (business opportunities, CI, trends, etc.)
  • Provide category input to global Merchadising and Concept to Consumer (business planning, input on ranging, pricing, Go-To-Market plan by channel)
  • Lead product and concept presentation to retailer
  • Create assortment plans with Japan teama and global team
  • Create country level Range Architecture in line with certain methodology and template that accurately reflects the country needs by category, price, channel etc.
  • Refine Assortment Plans, collborating with local channels as needed based on most recent sell-out data and local market demands
  • Local article management + Special Make Up briefs to global team as needed/approved
  • Request and adjust local pricing as aligned with global team

 

 KPI’s

  • Category NS, DCC, CACC, Net Margin, Go in Margin
  • Sell-thru
  • Efficiency KPIs (overlap, hit rate, sample, range size etc)
  • Compliance to pricing guidance

 

 

Key Relationships:

  • Country: Brand Activation, channels, Finance, Buying, Marketing Operations
  • Global: Concept To Consumer, Marketing Operations, Marchandising

 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Broad marketing experience with high-level merchandising and retail business knowledge
  • Leading and managing a diverse team
  • Strong presentation and communications skills
  • Advanced user of MS Office products (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in both market and above market organization preferred

 

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience ideally in sales and/or marketing
  • 5-7 years of sales and/or marketing experience
  • Advanced level in English
  • Fluent in Japanese preferred
