Manager, Business Solutions & Support (Temporary)



This Business Solutions and Support Manager will be responsible for assisting the Global Reebok Product Marketing, Merchandising, and Go-to-Market communities on all marketing-related business applications. This role should encourage Head Office product marketing processes be supported through relevant solutions. The individual should also be able to articulate operational business requirements to existing applications.  


  • Be a business process expert for all Global Reebok Product Marketing processes and business system applications (Marketing Portal, Digital Merchandising Tool, Range Management Application, MicroStrategy, MARVIN, Range Viewer).
  • Resolve business application issues using an internal ticketing system at valued service levels.
  • Network and remain connected to Global Reebok functional teams while driving communication to adidas Brand and Global IT counterparts. 
  • Become knowledgeable in Product Marketing, Merchandising, and Go-to-Market business processes, ensuring that systematic gaps can be improved.
  • Sign-off business requirements and test scenarios for the Brand’s system applications.
  • Drive key user and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  •  Facilitate new and refresher trainings to the Global Reebok Product Marketing community through compelling lectures and concise user documentation.
  • Identify and document application and process issues while promoting continuous improvement.
  • Contribute and cultivate the Brand culture within the Marketing Operations and Business Solutions team, as well as the overall Product Marketing, Merchandising, and Go-to-Market userbase.


  • Global Reebok Marketing Operations: to validate process developments.
  • Global Product Marketing, Merchandising, and Go-to-Market: to support in any application improvements or issues.
  • adidas Product Owners (supporting Product Marketing applications): to collect, validate, and align business requirements and scope.
  • Global IT Project Managers: to coordinate application changes and testing the quality of changes before delivery.

  • University degree or equivalent education required. 
  • Years of practical experience in an IT consultant/business analyst role with proven successes.
  • Microsoft Suite: Excel, Access, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Whiteboard, etc.
  • SaaS: MicroStrategy, Smartsheet, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Data Management (PDM)
  • Preferred: Agile/scrum methodologies; Consumer packaged goods (CPG) background
  • Advantageous, but not necessary: BS in Information Systems; PMI Agile Certified


Practitioner (PMI-ACP); UI/UX; SQL; JIRA/Confluence; coding language(s)
