Manager, Concept and Sell-In (Concept to Consumer)


Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Build and execute strategies to enable successful sell-in/sell-out of product ranges and services according to the category net sales and standard margin targets. While simutanelously, supporting key brand strategies through cross-functional collaboration and execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support delivery of the required Squad content and strategic objectives for on-time-in-full at key milestones.
  • Guide, inform, and influence decisions impacting global and markets to produce successful go-to-market plans.
  • Work with global market contacts to monitor market place conditions to share with internal team (i.e. pricing updates, segmentation changes, product launch timings)
  • Support Market led calls with Key Accounts speaking to Squad and product updates.
  • Manage channel segmentation within range and customer segmentation framework.
  • Assist Product Managers by reaching out to Markets for any product related questions (i.e. product sell through, late product arrivals, product changes).
  • Manage weekly Global newletter sharing key product and marketing updates out to all global contacts.
  • Curate relationship with Key Market contacts in order to drive business (i.e. product drops, range gaps, market product needs).
  • Track monthly market forecasts for inline product and advise internal team of any red flags (i.e. low product forecasts, key data missing, key product launch forecasts, etc.)

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, balance multiple stakeholders and deliver high quality results on time.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships quickly and operate cross functionally
  • Capability to take ownership of given tasks and infuse personal recommendations to strengthen overall project
  • Self-motivated individual with time management skill
  • Must have strong Powerpoint & Excel skills



Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years industry of relative work experience
  • Fluent written and spoken English language Skills
