Manager, Payment & Fulfillment Operations

Payments and fulfillment are a key element in the interaction with our consumers and a core element to drive the business growth and the center piece of the eCommerce business. Working with a team that is specifically dedicated to managing, maintaining and sustaining activity in some of Reebok's core platforms, the Manager of Payment & Fulfillment Operations will continue to optimize, implement and enhance global functionality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for support of day to day technical operations of our digital platforms which includes Salesforce, CommerceCloud and SterlingCommerce
  • Work with distribution center and omnichannel teams to support and monitor fulfillment processes and provide data analysis as requested
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support process enhancements to the payment experience and risk management solution with a customer-centric focus
  • Responsible for support of day to day technical operations of third parties related to order processing, payment capture and fulfillment
  • Conduct daily analysis and monitoring of transactions, fulfillment processes and risk management
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to configure and validate on-site promotions
  • Support business teams in driving and delivering business projects
  • Assist with handling of investigation requests from law enforcement authorities in alignment with legal and data protection departments


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience with risk and payment management tools (esp. Adyen / Cybersource) or fraud prevention and analysis a plus
  • Proficient technical skills with an emphasis on Excel
  • Technically adept with ability to pick up on new technologies quickly
  • Experience or understanding with order fulfillment and payment capture a plus
  • Ability to self-manage and operate effectively with little oversight
  • Ability to work in team environment and welcome collaboration and feedback from other team members
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to execute to established timelines
  • Knowledge or experience working with SFCC and SterlingCommerce is a plus
  • Python, SQL for data analysis is a plus


Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree in technical or science focused discipline preferred
  • 2-4 years eCommerce or digital online experience in a function requiring technical capability  preferred
