Performance Marketing Manager Global Digital Business

The Performance Marketing Manager Global Digital and Business will provide critical digital marketing support for global markets to enable the Reebok brand to become a global e-Commerce force.


What You'll Do:

  • Guide and deliver market-specific business plans that result in the establishment of long-term interactive relationship between Reebok and the consumer.
  • Deeply Integrate with in-market teams and collaborate with local experts to implement and execute marketing strategies, track, and shift plan according to results
  • Serve key liaison with global DBC team members, and other relevant stakeholders (including US counterparts) to enable information sharing and encourage support from global for driving market growth
  • Deliver execution and consistently communicate vertically and cross-functionally to ensure alignment of internal priorities and resources are allocated appropriately to achieve desired results.
  • Influence local teams for Acquisition and Traffic Generation including, but not limited to, SEM, SEO, Email and Paid Social channels.
  • Guide local teams re: 3rd party businesses for which Reebok fulfils orders (e.g., eBay)
  • Ensure execution of Brand initiatives, programs, and procedures to promote key messages and achieve a competitive advantage in the retail marketplace.
  • Influence areas for improvement to ensure consumers understand and receive the full Brand experience online.



Who You Are:


  • 5-7 years of related experience preferred, specifically in eCommerce marketing with some management background.
  • Business experience in the Sporting Goods, Apparel or Sport Lifestyle Industry preferred but not required.
  • Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree.
  • Thorough knowledge of the eCommerce industry, including web/internet sales and marketing techniques, order fulfilment strategies, market research and analysis practices, and media marketing and communications capabilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of all paid marketing channels (PPC, Paid Social & partnership marketing) and associated leading platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) as well as Adobe Analytics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across organization functions and levels and to write and prepare executive-level business correspondence.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations to determine impact on business.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel by air domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time as needed.
