Product Supply Manager - SCM Product Supply


This position is responsible to plan seasonal factory capacity across all US sales channels. They are responsible to manage the supply plan by BU and factory base creating action plans to address risks and opportunities to maximize availability.  Additionally, they are responsible for analyzing and overseeing inventory purchases for certain product ranges and stock categories. They work closely with Demand Planning, Finance, Global Planning, Customer Service, and Sales to drive availability in support of sales targets while optimizing stock levels. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation and management of the seasonal supply plan for the US market
  • Analyze the supply plan to drive actions to mitigate delivery delays by working cross functionally
  • Coordinate across the buying team on strategies to meet the supply plan
  • Completion of bi-monthly buy placement process, adhering to calendar timelines, customer delivery requirements, and department supply strategy
  • Monitor and oversee the complete promotional product procurement bi-monthly, adhering to calendar timelines and customer delivery requirement.
  • Prioritize demand flows to optimize inventory ownership and delivery KPIs
  • Manage the supply for pre-orders and optimize inventory levels that support at once targets, replenishment needs, and any unique customer requirements
  • Maintain all latest product updates and needs from the business on the business units under their responsibility
  • Manage individual stock segments to ensure the necessary levels of inventory to meet sales targets and maximize visibility for business partners

  • System knowledge: SAP, GPS, MS Office, MicroStrategy, Access
  • Ability to collaborate cross functionally and within a team
  • Must be able to adhere to timelines and meet deadlines


Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA
  • 3-5 years related work experience
  • Strong financial and operational experience required
  • Supply Chain Management degree and experience a plus
  • Exceptional PC and MS Office Skills
  • Must be able to adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment
