  • Assist with YTD email, social, and onsite campaign performance analysis to provide recommendations & strategy for remainder of 2021 and beyond; execute on strategy where possible.
  • Support in identifying key 2022 products and creating end-to-end strategy for driving best in class loyalty experience comprehensive of educate, tease, launch, and sustain phases.
  • Play integral role in day to day planning on global Reebok loyalty members celebration, including partnership sourcing & communication, marketing strategy, and general project management.
  • Support key loyalty markets (US & EU) in program execution & compile best practices to be shared with global markets.
  • Work collaboratively & cross functionality across Reebok to drive loyalty first mindset among different areas of the business.



  • Basic understanding of the digital landscape within a relevant industry/organization/function
  • Basic project management skills, including the ability to work on several projects simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of customers, competitors and brand loyalty trends, preferably within sports apparel and footwear market
  • Passion for delivering data-based recommendations for quantifiable improvements in business results and campaigns with respect to brand loyalty



  • Currently enrolled in an undergrad program at a College/University
  • Anticipated graduation date is Winter 2021 or Spring 2022
  • Eligible to work in the US without restrictions.
  • Available to participate in our full-time internship program from end of May/June to August 2021
