Reebok Fitness Facility Lead

Reebok Boston HQ is seeking a full-time Fitness Facility Lead.  This individual will lead and manage Fitness Classes, specialty classes boot camps, group classes, and any other needs for the facility. Ensure that anyone training in non-classes are safe and that the facility is in good order. Manage the payroll submissions for the part time instructors and run reports based on the class’s efficacy. Run personal training session and member on boarding sessions for group classes and open gym.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a one of a kind experience educating inspiring and entertaining, teaching members. Ensuring each member is safe during a type of training. Maintaining a current knowledge base of current issues and advances within the industry.
  • Work with members on an individual basis to evaluate personal fitness goals, develop plans to achieve goals, discuss current nutrition and plans to make sustainable changes for desired goals.
  • Manage and maintain customer relations with current members. Develop new relationships with new employees, apprentices, co-ops and the other tenants of the Innovation and Design Building to help grow the membership base.
  • Ensure all fitness equipment is maintained on a daily, weekly and monthly schedule. Ensure the facility is operational for a safe world-class fitness experience. Identify equipment that is to be replaced and have a projected time line of replacing equipment.
  • Work with part time instructors for payroll submission weekly and tracking their class attendance and cost to ensure the facility is being optimized.
  • Create new programs and protocol for open gym and boot camps and other classes
  • Maintain and grow the express fitness offerings

 Minimum Qualifications: 

  • College Degree and/or Personal Training accreditation required
  • “Globo Gym” experience preferred
  • CPR/AED Certified
