Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

The purpose of this role is to ensure positive development of the Reebok brand with a focus on the Pacific wholesale business through effective marketing planning and execution.

 

As Senior Specialist Omni Channel Marketing, you will balance Reebok brand and product category messaging against specific market requirements, with a digital first focus.

 

You will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives, in close collaboration with the partner account teams. Ensuring consumers see Reebok campaigns and products at every point of the consumer path to purchase.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage the development of account brand calendars, including campaigns across performance and style.
  • Coordinate the planning and implementation of marketing activities to each key wholesale account and retail when required, including digital, social, and instore POS (where applicable).  
  • Create local campaigns to sales working budgets and deliver compelling and persuasive digital content across key wholesale accounts and in line with global Reebok toolkits.
  • Develop digital growth initiatives to key account requirements, driving sell through.
  • Continuously analyse sales, consumer behaviour and online marketing campaigns with the account to optimize the brand calendars and to identify future opportunities.
  • Provide input before, during, and after campaign deployment to ensure alignment with global, brand and channel teams.  
  • Lead brand marketing activation activity for all relevant wholesale projects including events and store openings (when applicable)
  • Manage the sales working budgets for each account, including the administrative tasks required to track and document the budget.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers and agencies on all wholesale marketing initiatives.
  • Assist the Brand Activation Manager as required on additional projects and activities.

  • ROI/Net Sales of supported categories.
  • Brand presentation within wholesale channels and select own Retail.
  • Sell-through of key campaigns.
  • SWB budget management.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

 

  • Intermediate user of MS office, Adobe suite (advantageous).
  • Marketing professional with advanced marketing and sales knowledge/experience across sport and fashion/lifestyle.
  • Solution oriented personality who understands to balance brand equity/ building a brand and commercial relevance/interest of channels.
     
    Requisite Education & Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
     
  • > 5 years of experience in trade, retail marketing or sales.
  • Marketing degree or related qualification
  • Fluent in English (writing and verbal).
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • IT Skills: Outlook, Excel and Word: Basic; PowerPoint: advanced.
