Senior Manager Omnichannel Activation Reebok EE

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

Lead Reebok Omnichannel Activation in EE by creating a cohesive strategy for all Omni channel Marketing initiatives and ensure excellent implementation of marketing plans to achieve brand KPIs.

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Create the Omnichannel marketing plan related to the implementation of the EE brand activation strategy and calendar
  • Manage execution of the EE Omnichannel calendar including any locally planned and by headquarter approved market-specific initiatives into channels
  • Contribute in the creation of seasonal account plan that outlines aspects of in-store activation
  • Produce and deliver account marketing plans for the local key accounts in close collaboration with the Sales, CTC, BA and Fitness Marketing teams
  • Create and execute the initiatives in line with WE brand guidelines and country marketing plans.
  • Ensure all retail space management solutions are partnered with the best point-of-sale with regular updates
  • Drive regularly reporting on performance of all Omnichannel marketing initiatives for all channels in scope to ensure its optimal marketing activities and improve based on conclusion
  • Cooperate with dual-branded VM team to ensure Reebok brand focus and excellent visibility. Support EE VM team with strategic decisions on door coverage, frequency and additional VM activities to support
  • Cooperate with dual-branded Coach team. Support EE Coach with strategic decisions on door coverage, frequency and additional coach activations to support
  • Plan and manage Omnichannel MWB to ensure a right investment decision as well as ROI analysis. Provide regular updates to Finance and HQ on real spending and budget situation during year.
  • Drive Reebok digital presence among WHS partners - develop digital knowledge in the team; prioritize digital activation and deliver excellence in activation of WHS online platforms
     
     
    Personnel:
  • Manage, recruit for and develop Omnichannel silo to achieve all relevant targets
  • Staff most suitable persons in direct report positions in alignment with Director Brand Activation Reebok EE
  • Inspire, lead and drive a performance culture within the Brand Activation team
  • Set personal objectives, targets, guidelines and assess all direct reports
  • Manage key talents' career and succession planning
  • Develop the functional and core skill of direct reports through regular coaching and              mentoring

  • Business Metrics: Net Sales, Market Share, Sell-Through, Traffic
  • Brand strength: NPS, consideration
  • MWB management (efficiency, amplify, RFC)
  • Digital (efficiency of online activities at retail partners)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Manager with strong interpersonal, influencing skills (e.g. relationship management, Consumer centric thinking and sense for retail as well as business)
  • Good planning & organizing skills, “hands on” pragmatism
  • Progressive experience in brand marketing, trade marketing and/or sales (preferably in wholesale and in the sporting goods industry)
  • Leading and managing a diverse team
  • Proven project management experience
  • Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
  • Strong negotiation skills, strong networker
  • Retail trends
  • General digital knowledge and interest (online eShops, social media)
  • English: fluent; Local language (Polish): fluent

 

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 

  • University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing
  • 6+ years of sales and/or marketing experience
  • 2+ leadership experience
