Senior Specialist, Digital Activation/CRM, Brand Reebok (1Year)

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

  • Implement all digital and eCom marketing initiatives centered to brand site in order to contribute to the Country/cluster’s Global Brand activation strategy.
  • Ensure a truly integrated digital marketing implementation to maximize marketing activities

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Country/cluster’s Brand Comms &Global BA teams to develop and own brand the digital marketing strategy in accordance with Global, BA strategies
  • Brief Global Concept-to-Consumer on any additional Country/cluster’s eCom/eTail and Digital marketing needs, obtain approval and create and execute the initiatives in line with brand guidelines.
  • Assist to develop the annual digital marketing / CRM calendar with a consolidated holistic view across Brand Comms on the messaging to our consumers
  • Provide input into the creation of the overall Country/cluster’s plan related to the implementation of the Global Brand Activation strategy for eCom/ and digital marketing.
  • Execute the “Always On” strategy and process for brand site and related SNS activities.
  • Ensure the global toolboxes deliver against the Country/cluster's eCom/ and Digital marketing needs.
  • Assist in the creation of digital content in accordance with Brand Comms and Brand strategies.
  • Execute Brand concepts in close collaboration with the Country/cluster’s eCom teams.
  • Lead and manage local agency to activate brand site.
  • Collaborate with Country/cluster’s Brand Comms teams to create relevant content for the site aligned with key campaigns and other key initiatives.
  • Brief local Brand Comms teams on needs to keep Brand site fresh and up to date.
  • Deliver appropriate channel activation sell-in tools into digital marketing channels and platforms at sales launch period.
  • Ensure Brand site is linked and aligned with eCom team and site and share contents when needed and ensure alignment on key campaigns.

  • Brand/Category net sales
  • Market eCom Sales vs Plan
  • Traffic & conversion to eCom
  • Owned and earned social media KPI’s
  • CRM KPIs (Opt‘in, Net Sales, Lifetime value, ROI)
  • Executional excellence in global/local campaigns (brand/category) implementation (media thresholds etc)
  • Compliance to MWB guidelines

  • Country BA teams (Brand Comms, EIM, PR & Event, Omni-Channel Marketing)
  • Global Brand Digital Commerce team (Boston & Amsterdam HQ)

  • External agencies

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Functional marketing skills:
    • Expertise in CRM program, digital Marketing experience, driving traffic & conversion and how to engage consumers & deliver a heighten consumer experience
    • Knowledge of the full marketing mix (advertising, PR, events, sponsorship, retail) with a major brand or retailer (sporting goods industry preferred) and how to activate the campaigns on digital media
    • Proven media planning/buying experience. Proven digital media planning buying experience
    • Good understanding of the consumer campaign process from brief through to execution, focusing on digital specifically
  • Proven project management experience
  • Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
  • Proven communicator in both written and verbal
  • Ability to build strong relationships (agency management)
  • Media Relation, Media Request handling
  • Mindset: collaborative, challenge the status quo, team player
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in local language (if applicable) preferred


Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience
  • Over 3 years of experience in CRM, Digital marketing in Consumer Goods and/or Sporting Goods Industry
