Purpose:
- Support development of the divisional sourcing and allocation strategy for given squad
- Drive implementation and seasonal execution of sourcing strategy
- Ensure Reebok product needs are supplied and availability targets met
- Ensure balanced allocation to maintain healthy supplier fill rates
- Create transparency about historic and projected source volumes
Key Responsibilities:
- Support all activities relating to allocation of seasonal demand - Model Lifecycle, Buy Ready, Drop Analysis, Production Ramp-Up etc for assigned Squad
- Lead the CPR meetings (Critical Product Review) with Squads
- Enter new projects into CPR, support Logistics by participating in assigned projects and/or initiatives such as level loading and ramp up
- Track critical project status both before and after production start dates. Provide immediate updates on delivery performance when required.
- Maintain the highest level of communication with suppliers. Monitor On-time performance to ensure Reebok’s KPI standards are met.
- Provide business analysis/reports as needed by Director of Supply Planning

- Development, Product Marketing, Costing, Liaison Offices, Sourcing, Marketing Operations, Operational Planning, Supply Chain Integration
Requisite Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent computer skills (Proficiency in use of MS-Office required)
- Must be analytical with strong attention to details
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
- Must be comfortable working in a team environment as well as with global contacts
- Knowledge of Apparel or Footwear manufacturing or development desirable
