US Digital Activation Manager (Paid Media)

Purpose:

The US Digital Activation Manager leads day to day management of paid media campaigns and develops and executes integrated activation plans for eCom led stories.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manages and oversees end to end process to launch key campaigns in mid funnel and brand paid media with coordinator and paid media agency of record
  • Aligns with internal activation leads on key product moments and creative availability to provide support in paid media that align to our brand calendar
  • Provides feedback and guidance to agency of record on daily and weekly performance optimizations
  • Works cross-functionally with eCom paid media team to manage audience and creative strategy across the full paid media funnel
  • Manages seasonal paid media budget, including opening POs and diligently maintaining budget tracker
  • Develops and executes 360, holistic activation plans for US across entire funnel in collaboration with cross-functional leads
  • Analyzes brand positioning, consumer insights & monitors consumer trends and competitors’ activities; translate insights into go to market strategies and plans that will resonate with consumer while also educating on our heritage & positioning in modern way
  • Drives strategic planning across all marketing channels, interfacing & briefing multiple teams (Business (CTC,) Global (Squad Brand Comms), Digital Activation (Paid Media, Paid Influencers, PR) & Channels (Trade, DBC Category Management, OR), Reporting
  • Drives campaign planning milestones, leads standing marketing meetings and owns detailed activation decks
  • Measures and reports performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  • Presents integrated marketing plans to key stakeholders including channel teams, sales organization, senior management and global leads.
  • Manages Coordinator via day-to-day guidance and development planning

 

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Qualifications:

  • BA in Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years of related marketing experience; agency experience a must
