Purpose of the role
This role is responsible to drive the product execution in the country. The role will stand as the buying and in season trading expert for the respective channel working very close to key stake holders in channel, marketing and finance.
Responsibilities
•Execution of channel pre-season/buy plan for aligned monthly BTG and its monitoring following the sell-out targets
•Responsible for weekly KPI monitoring to enable in-season trading of stocks according to store performance
•Manage stock effectively in clearance channels to assure product relevance in regular channel(s), and planned stock clearance
•Provide relevant and timely MIS for quick visibility and decision making
•Communication with Front end teams for all merchandise related communications like, seasonal launches, campaign executions, etc.
•Identify opportunities and implement process to create efficiencies across channels
•Internal alignment & coordination with key stakeholders to efficiently launch products manage sell thru
•Support in analyze data and generating reports such as sell thru / forecast / allocation and key take-aways for the season
•Manage workload and schedule to support and meet all deadlines with accuracy

•Strong Communication skills
•Strong understanding of India customer profile
•Strong analytical, process and project management skills with a good understanding of Retail Management processes & systems
•Proficiency on MS Office Applications Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
•Ability to influence and drive consensus and solutions with cross functional teams
•Ability to write reports, business correspondence and present clearly to any audience
Experience & Qualification
·3-4 Years of overall work experience in Merchandising
·University degree or equivalent education required
