Senior Manager Key Accounts CIS

Responsibilities:

  • Increase the Company's wholesale business in the B2B sales channel and sports organizations.
  • Participate in the organization and execution of pre-order sessions and meet the order collection plan.
  • Control the formation of the wholesale sales forecast in the accountable channel on a monthly and weekly basis.
  • Ensure control over customer shipments.
  • Conduct negotiations with existing and potential clients to expand cooperation.
  • Participate in creating the strategy for the development of key clients:
    • Analyze potential growth points and develop detailed business plans with a comprehensive list of actions.
  • Organize contractual work (supply contracts, specifications, disagreement protocols, additional agreements to contracts).
  • Manage document support for contract execution and monitor the timely fulfillment of contract conditions by clients.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a federal or international retail company – at least 5 years.
  • Team management experience.
  • Extensive experience in personal negotiations at any level, achieving results.
  • Experience in telephone negotiations and business correspondence.
  • Experience in preparing and defending business cases and business plans within the company.
  • Full understanding of sales specifics from both commercial and product perspectives.
  • Experience in coordinating supply contracts jointly with the legal department.
  • English proficiency – at least upper-intermediate leve
