Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Responsible for providing legal services to the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support to functional areas in the country regarding brand protection, data privacy, contracts, and foreign trade;
• Manage brand protection strategy and related litigation;
• Conduct local matters in accordance with the global IP and trademarks standards;
• Support and address data privacy matters locally, following the global governance structure;
• Assist the Legal Director in drafting presentations and general projects;
• Manage legal service providers in the country;
• Conduct budget control activities.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Experienced in job and fully qualified/trained;
• Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge incl. company policies and practices;
• Strong competence with various tools, procedures, etc;
• Legal operation skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced department and manage tight timelines;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Seld-motivated; able to work independently and take initiative, but also a team play.

Requisite Education and Experience/Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 Years experience
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
