Sr Specialist Inseason Trading

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

This role is responsible to connect digital channels (Ecom & 3P) inseason strategy, it will focus on sell out performance, stock evolution & Mkt share

Collect DTC & WHS (B&M and digital) feedback and inputs

Understand the scenario of each channel: top line, market share, ST & SM

And together with ecom inseason team, create inseason trading strategy suggestions for CTCs review & approval

Manage relationship with key stakeholders

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Collect KAMs plans, inputs and together with Ecom insesoan team, build an inseason plan for digital (Ecom&3P) taking in consideration CTC pricing strategy for current and old season and all channels situation
  • Performance analysis of digital (focus on 3p)
    • Best-sellers
    • Stock performance
    • Inputs from accounts (Digital + B&M)
    • Inputs from DTC (Ecom + B&M)
    • FP / NFP performance
    • Mark down & SM
    • Campaign performance
  • Understand stock evolution of digital channels
    • Availability for campaigns and volume drivers (Ecom & 3P)
    • Stock repositioning and FUP between areas
    • 1P & 3P MOS analysis to capitalize sell out & market share acceleration
  • Build inseason strategy recommendations
    • Buil TIERs (a+, a, b & c) proposal to align with CTCs
    • Pricing analysis of digital channels to map opportunities (depth of discount vs ST)
    • Commercial packages to attack slow movers
    • Commercial proposals to accounts to negotiate spaces
    • Pricing differentiation among accounts recommendations
  • Support with analysis, presentations & gathering data

Knowledge, skills and abilities

 

  • Feel comfortable working in a complex and fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of trading process
  • Product passion
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
  • Great communication skill
  • Building connections and relation with stake holders are key in this role
  • A high level of analytical thinking, eye for detail and ability to adapt and create new processes
  • Excel knowledge

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

 

  • University degree in Business administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or related
  • Experience in job or job function
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Exposure: sports, fashion
