Assistant Manager, DC Management

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

The mission of DC supervisor - inventory control team is to improve the inventory accuracy, support DC operations running smoothly and increase the customer service level.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Organize the cycle count plan and make sure the progress & result under control to meet the quarterly & yearly plan and the target.
  • Make sure the physical goods are consistent with the system data.
  • Push related team to continually improve the stock accuracy.
  • Daily take trouble-shooting and give great support to insure the operations running smoothly.
  • Prioritize to arrange the tasks reasonably when facing multi-tasks especially for special handling & additional support.
  • Strategy execution and headcount plan for recheck mechanism of APP each picking.
  • Internal process audit/random-checking in the key points of inbound/outbound processes to improve working accuracy.
  • Monitor the error/control daily report exactly.
  • Report the cycle count result with reasonably analysis by weekly/monthly.
  • Offer the recheck/audit data monthly for strategy execution.
  • Give reasonably analysis for IB/OB daily operation’s mistakes and raise the suggestion to perfect & optimize the process.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

Knowledge / Experience

  • Master the warehouse management system (MA & LM system), especially the inventory operations.
  • Well know the inbound & outbound processes.
  • Be familiar with the quality control outline or method.

 

PC/Language/Other Skills

  • Good at English read-write and verbal capability
  • Excellent in Excel, Word and other MS knowledge

  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Worker management abilities

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • University degree or above preferably with  SCM/logistics management education background
  • 3+ years’ experience in in logistics environment, preferred in a distribution center in FMCG.
  • At least 1 years’ experience in workers management.
