Assistant Manager Marketing Operations

Key responsibilities:


  • Data governance and framework set up on the product master data for marketing team.
  • Support the marketing business solution enhancement plan and act as the key contributor.
  • Monitor the data flow the ranging system from HUBLIGHT(local) to RMA(global) under existing data flow design, manage the exceptional cases.
  • Change request validation and provide guidance to BU with daily communication.
  • Acting agile to the changing business scenario and consolidate to raise business request on time.
  • Cooperate with Mars project team and evolving to next level of business solution.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Details driven, careful and accountable.
  • Strong master data experience and strong communication skill.
  • Strong project and process management skills, structured and well-organized approach but also able to be flexible to meet changing needs
  • Multi-task, wholistic business oriented.
    Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • University degree
  • 3-5 years’ experience in master data maintainace and reporting creation.
  • Strong track record in timeline/process management.
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
