Assistant Manager, eCommerce 1

To work closely with eCom manager , ecom hub team,  and adidas Global team, support in country operations , deliver the project and ensure that eCom archieved the sales target.

 

Responsibilities:

Marketplace

  • Work closely with Ecom Manager , eCom Hub team to generate and update the product contentand price to marketplace and external skateholder to select products for each marketplaces.
  • Partnering with external skateholder to ensure that the product content including price and image show corrected on the site.
  • Support document of internal and external. (Term and Condition)
  • Works with external skateholder to provide answering to resolving complaints and processing orders in an efficient.

 

Campaign & Report:

  • Ensure that key campaign product go-live on time.
  • Provide sales and promotional report as need for key stakeholders.
  • Manage, forcase and resources based on value / level of effort of each project.
  • Manage&monitor with all skateholder and cross functional teams on new site enhancements, review process, ensure accuracy of site assets and promotions before deploye on the site.
  • Monitor website feature/performance on daily basis.
  • Identify and manage site issues follow procedure with manager.

 

Product content:

  • Co-ordinate with Hub team to ensure that the product content including price and image show on site on time and corrected.
  • Establishing and monitoring prices for all products in the eCommerce channel.
  • Work closely with Merchandiser team on any retail price adjustments needed
  • Performs daily site audits to ensure accuracy of site content, site merchandising and user experience
  • Facilitate item set-up and maintenance to ensure items have the correct content description and images and price.

 

Operations Support:

  • Ensuring operational stability and a seamless consumer experience from purchase to product delivery.
  • Work closely with Warehouse team on prepare action plans.
  • Problem solving and co-ordinate with Global team in-term of system issue and any support on operational task.
  • Act as primary point of contact from adidas Thailand and works closely with customer service team to provide answering and enquiries from customer service team to resolving complaints, consumer management and processing orders in an efficient and timely manner.

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • 4+ years experience in marketing, project management or related field.
  • Experience in project manage and driving project.
  • Detail oriented with ability to judge the logic of information provided or received Logic with analytical skill, good team player, able to prioritize the assignment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (V lookup, Pivot) and PowerPoint.
  • Able to communicate in English(business level)
