Assistant Manager Concept to Consumer [12 months]

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Help build and execute Europe assortment and go-to-market plan that delivers significant business growth and improvement in our brand health KPIs, working in close co-operation with the account sales and Europe/Global BU teams


Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with various business units on Global and Western European levels, correctly setup and maintain articles in relevant ranging systems.
  • Build sell-in tools ahead of meetings with Foot Locker Europe.  Support the event logistics to ensure the customer has a best-in-class service at each milestone meeting.
  • Work with Ranging and Brand Activation to define key focus areas for FLE campaigns.   Consolidate Global product launch input and ensure clear communication to stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end sample process to drive budget efficiency while also ensuring product is available for merchandising purposes at key milestones.
  • Help define an aligned seasonal Social and Digital calendar and work closely with the Brand Activation team to make sure process flows correctly.
  • Analyse range plans to ensure maximum probability and best product mix to land brand health KPIs.
  • Understand seasonal product mix and assist in building strategies to land ranges with highest potential for long-term success at FLE.
  • Provide regular analysis of sell-through performance to the relevant category teams and contribute to strategic planning based on that analysis
  • Maintain an update the seasonal pricelist and share with key business stakeholders.
  • Conduct relevant reporting activities to measure the efficiency and commercial success of the range season over season



Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Collaborative with strong communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office
  • Fluent in English, second European language beneficial


Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree in business preferred
  • Trainee, Intern and/or relevant experience at matrix corporate organization is a benefit (minimal 1 year)
