This position supports the Sr Manager Operations to ensure world-class artwork operations that will enable adidas to continue to be the most credible sports brand on the field of play. Composed of colors, patterns, materials and artwork, a team uniform is a shared identity for the team. The main focus of this position will be to coordinate and facilitate the artwork associated with team products, ensuring smooth operations that deliver a delightful experience to customers.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Become the expert for team artwork and the team artwork system, managing user access, permissions and accounts
  • Support creation of standard operating procedure documents and establish a framework for improving efficiency in processes
  • Support integration of adidas customization suppliers and local market embellishment providers to the team artwork process and systems
  • Manage status updates related to processes, efficiency and constraints
  • Support Product Owners in identifying opportunities from improvements and iterations of the Team Artwork System or related systems
  • Coordinate and manage artwork files across systems and fulfillment sources
  • Ensure a high level of service by tracking KPIs, proactively identifying bottlenecks and resolving issues associated with fulfillment
  • Support market customer service or artwork teams, where relevant in resolving problems associated with order completion

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong knowledge, understanding and genuine passion for team sports
  • Self-directed and able to work in a constantly evolving environment
  • Exemplary multi-tasking and time management skills  
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written, and the ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders globally
  • Strong ability to organize and maintain data
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a bonus
  • Team player with can-do mentality
    Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • Degree from college/university or equivalent combination of experience and education in lieu of degree
  • Prior related industry work experience preferred
  • Fluent English
