Assistant Manager Order Fulfillment - 6 months

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:


The SEA Order Fulfillment team is responsible for doing the bridge between demand & supply, creating end-to-end supply communication & visibility and driving continuous process improvements to ensure successful on-time in-full deliveries.

The SEA Order Fulfillment team is a regional team part of the Supply Chain Management Department and based in Singapore.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare product availability reports and share to all stakeholders on a timely basis
  • Analyze & report on availability of launch and key campaign articles to all stakeholders to ensure on-time product launch in markets
  • Monitor and report monthly on On-Time Allocation KPI and Analyze the root causes
  • Monitor and report monthly on On-Time In-Full KPI and Analyze the root causes
  • Drive cross-functional meetings and action plan to achieve overall KPI targets
  • Run the order book cleanse report and closely collaborate with each country customer service team on the execution 
  • Assist in the various order book monitoring activities such as order book phasing and order book conversion
  • Support on project & process improvement initiatives
  • Create reports as well as presentations to support business decision making
  • Identify improvement potentials such as process automation or reporting template enhancement 

Knowledge Skills and Abilities: 

  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to gather and use quantitative and qualitative data that drives decisions.
  • Strong Problem-solving skills,
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially MS Excel and Power Query/VBA skills a plus
  • Willing to learn new applications, processes and adapt to changes
  • Good team player with the ability to work with diverse groups of people, but is also able to work independently
  • Ability to prioritize, manage and complete tasks under a deadline,
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
  • SAP and MicroStrategy experience desirable

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:   

  • University Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Engineering or similar.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in supply chain
