Assistant Manager SEA Program Operations (Data Management)

PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION

 

The purpose of this role is to support the SEA program in terms of social and environmental data management and reporting.

 

This position engages with adidas Business Entities to embed SEA standards, policies and practices into their business systems from a data management perspective, and to enable social and environmental reporting. This position is required to support, and in some instances directly manage web-based platforms that the SEA team uses and act as the main contact globally.

 

Key Responsibilities and Projects

 

  • Manage, maintain, and configure the system to support data management in the Environmental Metrics and Reporting Tool (EMeReT) platform and the Fair Factories Clearinghouse (FFC), in coordination with the SEA FFC Administrators, and track performance targets through delivering reports, dashboards and insights that accurately assess the supply chain performance. Ensure system capabilities, performance and data quality are aligned to the adidas supply chain program requirement  
  • Provide system structure to ensure seamless flow from supply chain’s primary data input, performance analysis, verification to reporting
  • Support Worker Empowerment Program in data tracking and analysis of social indicators in EMeReT
  • Maintain social data management in EMeReT including creating new or revising existing data positions.
  • Support the calculation of target setting and performance tracking of social indicators (in EMeReT) to ensure completeness and accuracy of data for S-KPI assessment
  • Conduct FFC data review against Kalido Vendor Management (KVM) system to ensure consistency of data, and provide support to stakeholders
  • Develop materials and deliver training to internal users on social program, system tools and enhancement
  • Develop high quality reports to be shared and presented to the Senior Leadership Team.

Carry out the work plan and special projects as designated by the SEA Manager and SEA Senior Manager, which utilise areas of technical expertise

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

 

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the area(s) of Information System Management and Data Management, preferably related to supply chain management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information System Management and/or Data Management
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
  • Strong team player with proven ability toto trouble shoot issues, identify risks, manage crises, recommend, and support senior management with emergency situations.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
