Assistant Manager Sales Planning & Analysis

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • Support senior manager to develop and manage proper internal business operation systems to provide best support to KA team to achieve KA VP goal
     

Key Responsibilities:   

Planning

  • Support KA team to develop the monthly /quarterly/ yearly business plan and key project and initiative plan.
  • Support KA team to develop and track regular business report including regular weekly/ bi-weekly report, S-T report.
  • Support KA team to analyze business status by some biz tool like RFC, SBP.
     
    Management
     
  • Have effective communication with Regional and national sales team to ensure all aligned key account strategy and plan are well communicated and executed
  • Provide supports to KA team in KA reporting, data management and analysis, future order management and admin
  • Provide supports to KA team in quarterly TM.
     
     
    Systems and Processes
  • Provide a consistent and reliable point of contact between KA team and other functional and regional team.
  • Follow sales calls and reporting process including regular and timely report to KA team
  • Provide service to KA team on Hana system for biz report and adiportal system for order collection.

  • Senior Manager, account sales, category sales, BP&O, BI.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

Professional background / Experience

  1. Functional: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management for a leading consumer goods companies, ideally with wholesale focus
  2. Industry: Ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG
  3. Exposure: Sports, marketing, trade marketing
     

Education

  1. University degree in business with  marketing and sales focus
     

IT skills

  1. Outlook: basic
  2. Word: basic
  3. Excel: advanced
  4. PowerPoint: advanced
  5. Business Objects: basic
     

Language skills

  1. Native-level Mandarin and fluent English required
