Assistant Manager eCom Inventory Management

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:


Responsible for managing merchandising operations, including timely arrival and on shelf of products, markdown execution, store/platform allocation


Key Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for managing merchandising operations
  • Accountable for timely arrival of all products: inline and promotion
  • Execute hard launch/Hype launch execution and monitoring
  • Assist ecommerce site operations team with product publishing
  • Stock Call-in and Return operation in system (SAP/AFS)
  • Assist company system project with UAT testing



Key Relationships:

  • eCommerce Buying, Analytics, Digital Operations, Campaign Management,
  • IT, SCM team



  • Overall commercial targets of eCommerce China
  • On time arrival: inline, promotions, Hard launch and Hype launch


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Solid experience of Merchandising operations
  • Good knowledge of stock and supply chain operation and process, familiar with SAP system will be plus
  • Strong communication and analytical skills with detail orientated mind
  • Experienced in working cross-functional within international organization


Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:  

  • Minimum 3+ year experience in merchandising or eCom operations; preferably with a background in sporting goods.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Fluent Business English
