A big focus might also lie in supporting our Wholesale partners in providing the best online consumer journey to their visitors, while parallelly ensuring to have strong collaboration with our adidas Marketing teams to secure brand visibility online.

GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS & PROJECTS:

  • Strategic analysis & reporting – Dive into sales data analytics and check out what competitors are up to by performing market research and gathering information and trends through surveys and specific tools. Create reports and presentations to showcase your findings. Support the update of sales records and other documents. 
  • Merchandising - Get to know our awesome products and ranges to create overviews and assortments as well as support the seasonal sell-in meetings.
  • Sales / Account Management - Observe and carry out sales processes, support the digital sales teams with monitoring digital shelfs and by providing proposals on key actions. And participate in meetings and workshops with customers to drive continuous improvement for our key accounts and wholesale partners.
  • Operational coordination - depending on the team you are part of, you might help with marketing operations, manage campaign data, or assist with orderbook management and reporting. Have the confidence to suggest improvements and bring new ideas.

 
WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH:

  • Student of Business Studies, Economics, International Business or similar
  • Proficiency in English (verbal & written)
  • Good communication skills & a proactive mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office (esp. Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Curiosity and analytical skills, demonstrating the ability to manage complex data, derive insights, and effectively convey narratives through presentations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

ELIGIBILITY 

  • Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship 
  • Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
  • Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate)
  • Availability for the full duration of the internship from January 2025 - July 2025
  • Ability to relocate to Athens in Greece for the full duration of the internship
