Stockroom Associate (Part-time) - Store Aubonne (M/F/D)
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Contributes to the achievement or exceeding of sales figures and KPI targets by:
• Representing the brand values
• Diligently executing store operations
Responsibilities:
• Goods-in: verifies the completeness of deliveries based on delivery notes and takes pre-sales measures
• Is responsible for the store warehouse management (proper storage of goods, including price labelling and stock management)
• Prepares the merchandise (unpacking, securing, labelling, placing on hangers)
• Conducts inventories
• Is aware of store and individual targets and actively works to meet or exceed these by using all the resources available in the store
• Maintains an appealing, pleasant and inviting environment for customers to shop in and pays attention to tidiness and cleanliness
• Complies with store rules and procedures (SOM regulations) to maintain a safe shopping and working environment
• Collaborates productively and respectfully with team members to meet or exceed store targets
• Completes all compulsory training programs and effectively transfers learning into skills on the job
• Is always willing to support other team members if required
• Signalises a desire to continually learn and seizes all available opportunities to advance his/her development and increase performance
• Click & Collect (if applicable): supervises and monitors new online orders which are placed by online customers and have to be reserved, packed and handed over to the customer in the store
• Ship from Store
o Meets the deadline for packing of 5 hours after arrival of the order in the Omnihub
o Executes proper packing of the customer orders as specified
• Maintains transfer lists
o Accurate handling of the monthly B2DC transfers
o Meets the transfer deadlines
o Daily/weekly returns management of customer orders C&C
o Proper preparation of the merchandise for the transfer
• Returns handling in the store

Requisite Education and Experience/Minimum Qualifications:
• 0-3 years’ experience in working in a warehouse, preferably in the sporting goods and/or fashion retail
• Apprenticeship as a specialist storekeeper desirable
• Good German language skills
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills, communication skills
