Senior Specialist SEO
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Serve as internal SEO expert within the ecommerce organization, providing consulting expertise to site merchandisers, marketing teams and Traffic Management counterparts.
The objective of the role is to drive revenue growth from organic search to all ecom site in Latin America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the ecommerce SEO KPIs and thus not only help defining, but also monitoring & reporting performance to the line manager and the Global SEO team.
- Utilize the existing SEO and web analytics tools to maximize the channels potential with the support of the Global SEO Analytics manager (SEO analytics tools, Webmaster tools, proprietary tools.)
- Lead the offsite SEO strategy by integrating PR, marketing, and global teams to increase the number of backlinks.
- Creation of SEO-optimized content, based on keyword research, and aimed at addressing search intent.
- Monitor local SEO performance and the results of various SEO projects in collaboration with the global SEO team and local markets (projects may relate to technical changes, content, UX, Social media, PR).
- Update the main stakeholders with the latest news/changes in the search industry (especially re: changes that impact SEO and the other channels)
- Team up with other members of the ecom LAM teams: Web Analytics, Site Merchandising, Brand and various counterparts to create synergy and drive revenue

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Native Spanish speaker.
- Fluent English speaker.
- Passion for SEO and search engine marketing.
- Ability to communicate throughout all levels of an organization both technical and non-technical and promote SEO across the business.
- Exceptional attention to details and analytical mindset.
- Self-starter with ability to drive projects with minimum supervision / management
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Data driven, analytical, pragmatic and solution orientated.
- Project Management
- Good understanding of web analytics (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Effective Communication
- Experience in e-Commerce environment is a plus.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing or another relative discipline
- Functional expert in SEO with at least 2-3 years' SEO work experience. Either you were part of a team managing SEO in-house or in an SEO agency.
- Experience with SEO data tools.
