Senior Specialist e-commerce Catalogs
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Working for the North America Digital Partner Excellence team, within NAM Wholesale, the Senior Specialist e-commerce catalogs will support the team by ensuring accounts can generate purchase orders and that products launch online with all the information and data that the consumer needs when shopping on our Partners websites. The goal is to ensure Partners are able to showcase our product in the most premium way possible, whether it is through product images or descriptions. Bringing product to life on a Partner’s website is an extremely rewarding element and the backbone of our Digital performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the definition and follow up of article catalogue plan for NAM accounts by validating launch dates, stock availability and partners requirements.
- Maintain and optimize product data in our vendors platform by guaranteeing the correct availability of article product connect in adidas systems.
- Own the development, implementation, and maintenance of new item setup (NIS) and enrichment processes for our digital WHS partners (direct and Partner Program)
- Manage the article setup process with key account stakeholders, ensuring tracking and reporting elements are implemented
- Manage performance with the integration of the product data and content for adidas across the NAM Digital ecosystem. Identify and communicate localization needs by account and product
- Lead and monitor campaign processes by aligning launch dates and product content on time availability.
- Drive synergies throughout internal and external databases, creating a comprehensive product attribute matrix
- Log content cases for all data related challenges with MOPS teams
- Align with all stakeholders on product data improvements needed to better support internal/external search, user experience or onsite navigation.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent PC & system knowledge, especially Excel (advanced level)
- Extensive problem-solving and analytical skills and have a brand-appropriate understanding
- Ability to be detail oriented and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and in writing, to interact effectively and efficiently across departments, locations and levels of management
- Aptitude for learning new software applications
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Visual basic, Python, SQL or any automation language is a plus.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in business administration, engineer, information technology or similar discipline
- Basic knowledge in merchandising as well as basic eCommerce knowledge
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional work experience
- Ideally 1 year experience in online merchandising
