Sr Specialist Campaign and Promotions 1

Sustainable growth of consumer centric ecommerce Operations in Latin America providing support for a key business process for eCom business which include, manage, set up and maintain all sites contents such as content assets, content slots, campaign, promotion, products and catalogs. 

This is the person as part of the eCommerce Operations team in charge to publish and maintain LAM sites (.com and app) with the right information, promotions, language, and consumer journey ensuring that we are communicating to the consumers what the brand and commercial teams are expecting based on the digital strategy. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Align with internal/external stakeholder’s dates and content to update.   Execute and ensure, content updates satisfy the business demand validating with internal stakeholders.

 

  • Execute changes on pages (T&C), Banner upload, Homepage, GLP, CLP, PLP, Campaign Pages update, Promo callout, Checkout, Navigation, Footer, Catalogues creation and Link check/taxonomy.

 

  • Support all cyber and hypes launches guarantying the campaign launch in the time per the market’s needs.

 

  • Provide first line support for Campaigns, promotions and Voucher in our LAM Webstores including both brands.

 

  • Provide operational support across eCom LAM markets including coordination with local markets and close cooperation and collaboration with Global Support Teams.

 

  • Analyze how the content and changes the team made are impacting the business results.

 

  • Support Key Site business process improvement in front end related topics.

 

  • Point of Contact for eCom DW Support Team.

 

  • Troubleshoot report and monitor system issue ensuring coordination of DW support.

 

  • Support with external service providers and projects as needed.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

 

  • University degree or equivalent education required.
  • Broad and deep theoretical understanding of functional area.
  • Knowledge in eCommerce commercial KPI´s.
  • Knowledge in CMS is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in job or job function.

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Experience with data analytics
  • 2 Years experience
