Purpose & Relevance for the Organization

• E-commerce Buying team is rapidly growing and we need a head count who can leverage the quality of the planning and Buying for the LAM market.
• Manage operating rhythm with key stakeholders and drive key seasonal milestones.
• Develop key relationships and drive KPI’s.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Country Buyer in seasonal execution.  
• End to end pre season planning for assigned categories. 
• Planning and execution of buy as per net sales and margin targets.
• Follow up GTM milestones and execute related plans with key stakeholder.
• Follow Up buy/volume status, plan sizes. 
• Monitor sell out data creating reports.
• Support with presentations & gathering data. 
• Collaborate with trading team to ensure sales performance is aligned to buy startegy.

Knowledge, skills and abilities

• Feel comfortable working in a complex and fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of buying process.
• Product passion.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Communication is key in this role.
• A high level of analytical thinking, eye for detail and ability to adapt and create new procecess.
• Excel knowledge

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

• University degree in Business administration, Industrial Engineering or Economics.
• 1-3 years experience in merchandising.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Very good MS Office skills.
