Brand Activation Manager - Omni Channel

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

To develop service and execute tailormade Wholesale Activations Plans for Key Accounts strategically identified wholesale partners across categories, consistent with the Omni Channel strategy. The key purpose of this role is to ensure that we win in London and Key secondary cities through key accounts by -

 

  • adidas being the presented sports brand Online and on the high street and talked about for all the right reasons.
  • adidas secures the highest share of space, within primary locations online and offline.
  • adidas regularly communicates with targeted consumers during key uplifted periods within the wholesale marketing calendar aligned to the brand calendar
     
    To develop sell in tools that are utilised by the adidas account managers at sell ins, in order to influence the futures order book, and the development of sell out tools in order to drive conversion across all points of sale (instore/digital) for strategically identified categories and wholesale partners which are consistent with the Omni channel Marketing strategy.
    Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Wholesale activations team as a Category champion with expertise in this area to liaise and align with the CTC Local and European counterparts to ensure that the team delivers on a deliver a commercially driven strategic plan for Category.
  • execute all online and offline promotional activity as agreed within the Wholesale Account Marketing Plans
  • develop Wholesale activation Account plans with identified wholesale partners, to uplift the brand image and drive rate of sales objectives and relevant KPIs
  • ensure the three focused KPI’s – increasing share of 1) voice 2) space 3)staff  are met by developing clear and concise category and account briefs to both the global Activations team and local agencies to ensure the market/account requirements are met
  • ensure that all Category key stakeholders from brand communications to CTC Managers are aware at all times of the specific Category Marketing Plan across all channels and the effect your campaign had on that specific campaign
  • support the Key Account Manager in the sell-in process with appropriate toolboxes for category/wholesale accounts that influences the order book and ultimately drives conversion
  • execute with excellence the wholesale Activations Account Plan for relevant accounts delivering tools that activate the KPI’s
  • responsible for own account budget SWB and Brand budget MWB by account and by category –reviewing constantly with sales and your budget co-ordinator
  • measure the success of all campaigns in order to identify the successful marketing tools
  • identify the stores (by account) that have specific Visual Merchandising requirements and to ensure this is communicated to the VME team
  • drive wholesale e-comm and social plans to gain share of space for the brand online, visibility for brand, consumer engagement to ultimately drive conversion.
  • plan, co-ordinate and implement all in-store product training activity for targeted stores via our training Coaches

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • The ideal candidate for this post will have a business/marketing/retail degree or possess relevant industry experience
  • You will have ideally worked within the sporting industry, will have demonstrable experience of Trade Marketing
