Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Part-time role at adidas marketing department (Warsaw based) in execution of marketing plans and campaigns within adidas Brand marketing department with the possibility of leading independent projects and campaigns after the initial training.

Purpose of Brand marketing is to increase adidas brand market share by increasing brand desire in key target groups, as well as increasing product sellout in key categories.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Supporting Brand Communication Managers (Running & Football category) with marketing activities relevant for PL market.
• Supporting adidas marketing department with various operative and administrative tasks, including finance operations and product ordering process.
• Monthly analysis of respective data, gathering of reports & market updates.
• Supporting media campaign planning and execution.
• Assisting with partnerships & photoshoots.
• Helping with presentations and supportive materials for Brand Communication team.
• Daily communication with brand ambassadors, influencers and creative agencies.
• Possibility to lead individual activations & smaller projects.
• Cooperation with different departments across the organization.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• • Basic knowledge of Advertising & Marketing fields
  • Interest in Sports industry
  • IT skills: MS Office (user knowledge) – advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint
  • Fluent English & Polish
  • Assertive communication skills, very good interpersonal skills, business understanding
  • Good problem solving skills

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 

Student of last years of business or marketing/e-commerce. Interest in sports & fashion industry will be an advantage.
