Explore and deliver design concepts with impact by achieving disruptive, innovative solutions to improve athletes’ performance. 

This will be achieved by contributing innovative design thinking, product solutions and brand platform concepts to fuel the future of the brand. 

Specifically through the use of Computational Design creation methods, generate concepts that will build foundations of brand innovation platforms. 

Fuel multiple concepts through expert computational design combined with exceptional design skills to visually and tangibly bring ideas to life with impact. 

Connect emotionally with our consumer through your design contribution.

Dream and realize concepts that truly push beyond the status quo of the industry.

•    Identify creative spaces and prototype ideas using Computational Design and algorithmic methodologies.
•    Bring ideas to life through agile design iteration and prototyping. Bring passion for conceptualizing, creating, and testing new ideas. 
•    Support the 4D teams and other developing platforms through imaginative data-driven solutions and cutting-edge geometry generation methods.
•    Be at the global forefront of design computing trends and be innovative in their approach and application.
•    Collaborate with Engineering, Sport Science plus other cross functional innovation competencies on athlete focused insights to create meaningful athlete experiences.
•    Plan and conduct meetings and presentations with confidence and professional communication.
•    Follow a high standard of maturity in personal behaviour, attitude, and conduct.



•    Ideate and apply generative methods that inspire and lead future design.
•    Utilize data from human interaction, biomechanics, and body measurements to create unique designs.
•    Bring insight into the design process including creation methods, aesthetic languages, design inspiration and unconventional thinking.
•    Seek and contribute to development of new digital tools and design methods, putting them into action.
•    Ability to effectively collaborate with all levels within the organization by building relationships with our colleagues, partners, customers and consumers.
•    Demonstrated ability to think conceptually and drive design concepts.
•    Ability to effectively manage and conduct multiple priority projects proactively.
•    High level of talent, creativity and determination.
•    A passion for Sport and an affinity for creating product experiences that make athlete’s lives better.
•    Fluent in English 


•    BA or MA in Industrial Design / Computational Design / Architecture or comparable. 
•    Functional technical expertise in footwear and / or apparel product.
•    Highly experienced working with complex geometry in Rhino, Blender, Houdini or other comparable software packages and good command of computational geometry.
•    Advanced knowledge of Grasshopper, Houdini, nTopology, and other comparable algorithmic design tools.
•    Ability to script (Python, C#, C++…) in 3D environments is a plus.
•    Experience designing for additive manufacturing, CNC milling, knitting or other computer to machine methods.
•    Knowledgeable in virtual shading/lighting, texturing and rendering product.
•    Deep knowledge in Adobe Creative suite.
•    Sketching and Drawing skills.
•    Minimum of 4 years of experience in progressive Computational Design.
•    Highly collaborative and engaged by critique.
•    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Fluency and confidence in inspiring teammates and clients with data-driven rationale. 
•    Passion for tinkering, learning, and trying out new technologies and hardware.
