Purpose & Overall Relevance of CtC Consumer Experience:
- Translate global brand strategy into actionable go-to-market plans encompassing different parts of the brand ecosystem in order to guide markets on executing the global brand strategy.
- Build and execute CtC strategies across product, storytelling and distribution to enable successful sell-in/sell-out of product ranges according to the category net sales and standard margin targets.
- Act as the link between BU creation teams, Brand Marketing, Sports Marketing, Digital, Own Retail and Wholesale channel teams in order to create holistic seasonal GTM plans
- Support key brand strategies through collaborating with cross-functional and cross-BUs teams in order to create holistic seasonal GTM plans
- Build seasonal calendar across BUs for campaigns & product launches
Key Responsibilities and duties:
Plan:
- Support line manager on the creation of the seasonal strategic global market plans
- Build seasonal calendar across BUs for campaigns & product launches
Launch:
- Deliver impactful sell-in tools to markets & channels in order to support seasonal concepts buy-in.
- Support delivery of the required content / GTM plans on-time-in-full at key, GTM milestones
- Identify process issues and support process improvement activities
Projects:
- Lead/ Participate in cross-functional and specific category projects
Managerial tasks and Budget Management:
- Staff most suitable persons in direct report positions in alignment with HR
- Set personal objectives, targets, guidelines and assess all direct reports
- Steer performance assessment process for all direct reports with administrative responsibility
- Develop the functional and social skills of direct reports on and off the job
- Project budget control as assigned

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
