Supply Chain Coordinator - 6 month contract

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">The Deployment Team is focused on aligning supply chain product flows with up-to-date DC capacities, forecasts and business compliance, in order to guarantee seasonal business targets are successfully achieved. The Deployment Team owns the seasonal article / range deployment across all US DCs, taking into consideration defined and agreed deployment principles and warehouse capacities / capabilities (throughput & storage).


<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">The Coordinator Tactical Deployment role is critical to the successful execution of migrations (moving supply and demand across the network to optimize for cost, serviceability and delivery speed) and stock transport order (STO) management.



<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Key Responsibilities:

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Run all audits for Tactical Deployment Team and ensure resolutions on all audits are reached by responsible owner(s) and document progress week-to-week
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Act as owner for assigned audits and ensure resolutions on all assigned audits
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Create STOs with approval from Manager, Tactical Deployment, in alignment with STO budget
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Support with supply and demand migration activities, as needed
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Run daily and weekly STO Reports, and share with Deployment Team and relevant business partners
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Support with data collection, analyses, project support and documentation, as needed
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Strive to continuously improve our processes and system infrastructure to reduce costs and improve on-time availability (OTA) / on-time, in-full (OTIF)
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Responsible for working with your manager to build a personal development plan and seeking out resources, support and training, as needed


<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">English language proficiency both written and verbal required
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and information synthesis abilities
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Operational / Commercial mindset and end-to-end thinking
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Ability to take initiative and maintain focus on results
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Motivated team player willing to learn and work in a diverse team
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Proven interpersonal and communication skills, especially when interacting with different levels of business stakeholders
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Exposure and strong knowledge using Microsoft-based software (including Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">SAP skills a plus

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">College or university degree, preferably with focus on Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Sales, or equivalent experience may be substituted for degree
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">We welcome other relevant experience or a combination of education and experience in place of formal education or a degree.
