Digital Partner Commerce Lead - Thailand


Purpose and overall relevance for the organization.

  • Responsible for leading the growth of the digital wholesale channel in Thailand Market, accountable for improving financial performance of your winning digital accounts and able to create profitable and sustainable growth through your local teams and their accounts.  
  • Work closely with the APAC Digital Partner Commerce organization, overseeing implementation of the overall digital sales acceleration strategy and initiatives, and ensuring relevance within the Market
  • Demonstrate leadership of your field of expertise and support Cluster Digital Partner Commerce (DPC) and account teams to execute the required initiatives and capabilities to “win the digital marketplace” 
  • Act as local “centre of expertise” responsible for increasing sell through and market share across all online channels and accounts (pure player, eMarketplaces and omni channel digital sales) with a focus on key digital players across the Market
  • Driving the digital agenda across the market organization together with Market and ClusterDigital stakeholders to increase digital knowledge and experience 

 

Responsibilities

  • Enable Digital WHS sell-out - Drive and ensure net sales achievement and excellence in execution for defined market targets
  • Input into APAC DPC strategy translate and execute in Thailand for the adidas and Reebok brands 
  • Define Wholesale digital expansion plans and align with APAC Digital Partner Commerce to maximize and prioritize opportunities 
  • Driving the digital agenda across the local organization together with local Digital stakeholders
  • Act as local „Centre of expertise“ responsible for increasing sell through and market share across all online channels and accounts (pure player, eMarketplaces and omni channel digital sales)
  • Develop and maintain digital competency within Market DPC and WHS organization 
  • Responsible for scaling, implementation and governance of digital wholesale initiatives (e.g. Digital Toolbox, Marketplace Management, compliance reports) within your Market
  • Lead and develop digital operations, including overseeing management of the partner program for the local organization
  • Lead the transformation across the wholesale organization by establishing new ways of working and responsible for selection, partnering and grow with our top digital players 
  • Collaborate and provide expertise to Market Key Account teams to support omnichannel KA (“win with the winners”) who have vital digital businesses
  • Input into and share APAC playbook for new digital commercial business models to ensure consistency and harmonization in execution across all accounts
  • Drive partnership with local eCom (knowledge exchange and accountability for “all boats will rise”) and facilitate best practice sharing, upskilling, and tool distribution locally 
  • Own joint business plans for online pure-player accounts in the respective market and Digital JBP for winning digital omni accounts
  • Recruit, manage and lead team of subject matter experts to create and maintain competency center for digital Wholesale in the Market across account development, business analytics and digital operations 
  • Directly manage (Accountability) of the defined Pure Players and eMarketplaces in the Market 

 

Qualifications

  • A Growth and a Digital mindset 
  • Broad and deep functional knowledge in Sales (eCommerce, operational, financial and processes), with some exposure to digital consumer experience
  • Excellent negotiation skills, the ability to influence and have impact, creatively craft and build brands and businesses. 
  • Strong influencing and networking skills to effectively manage interdependencies and projects in the matrix 
  • Consumer and customer obsessed with a deep understanding of both the retail customers you serve, as well as your end-consumer so that you can tap into consumer demand and customer opportunities as they arise 
  • Proven track record of delivering versus measurable sales targets. High degree of commercial and business acumen 
  • Experience across APAC markets
  • Proven methodological skills (e.g. business planning, strategic development
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team/organization. Proven leadership and People management skills
