Digital Production Coordinator

General Purpose 

As a Digital Production Coordinator at adidas you are responsible for driving the operational excellence of the Content Production team withing Studio A. Your task is to drive standardization and continuous improvement of assigned processes in collaboration with Creative Producers and other business stakeholders like legal, procurement and finance. Driving best practices, success criteria and contributing to a culture of operational excellence are just a few of the key activities that will be expected from this role. Additionally, you will be the key interface for local business partners affected by the processes within your area of responsibility. 


Key Responsibilities  

Scope: Manage the relationship between Studio A and production vendors 

Process Definition & Documentation 

  • Define processes to support the internal Creative Production department in working with internal and external partners. 
  • Be the main process point of contact for stakeholders concerning production vendors in Studio A and for all production vendors (freelancers and production agencies) Studio A. 
  • Formalize and document the defined processes to provide transparency and sustained clarity for all stakeholders. 

Continuous Improvement 

  • Monitor, analyze and iterate respective processes continuously. Identify improvement opportunities and define respective solutions. 

  • Conduct process reviews involving all relevant stakeholders to collect appropriate feedback and define/enrich a backlog of improvements. 

  • Define change requests for new functionalities in sufficient detail for qualification and solution selection Document their implementation.

  • Day-to-day Operations 

  • Support Producers and Creative teams on day-to-day issue resolution and operations within your scope of responsibility. 

  • Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure a smooth collaboration between Studio A Production and Operations  

  • Manage ongoing relationships with Procurement, Legal and Business Affairs teams 

  • Manage and maintain key Production facilities such as the photography studio and edit suite  

  • Manage the booking of all editors  

Best Practices 

  • Contribute and drive standard best practices and control methods. 

  • Drive best practice communication and trainings throughout the organization regarding your area of responsibility. 



Education & Experience 

  • 3+ years of experience in a Digital and/or Creative team environment 

  • Advanced knowledge of Production workflows and ecosystems  

  • Experience in managing complex processes, involving multiple teams in different geographies 


  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing business processes and business partners 

  • Very good communication & negotiation skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely 


  • Experience in a relevant team coordination role  

  • Fluent English both verbally and written
