Director GTM, Asia Pacific

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

  • DRIVE & GUIDE the APAC Go-To-Market Process and Timeline within guidelines set for APAC by Global MOPS and APAC leadership team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead, manage the GTM Calendar/Milestones across functions at APAC level and work in-sync with MOPS at Country/Cluster to ensure the E2E GTM plan is planned and landed successfully throughout global, APAC and Countries/Clusters milestones.
  • Integrate horizontal process/timelines into overall APAC GTM process, e.g. CCA, Brand Activation, Range Architecture, Assortment Plan, etc.
  • Ensure the APAC GTM plan is up-to-date to meet business requirements and the GTM Playbook is updated on a timely manner to reflect all the process changes.
  • Manage the APAC GTM Workspace and keep it evolved to improve user experience.
  • Manage material download & upload for all Global and APAC milestones (Global & Market)
  • Lead and coordinate the seasonal and quarterly Global/APAC GTM key events e.g. Range Handover, Global GTM Fina Check, APAC sign-off etc. to ensure seamless execution within approved budget allocation
  • Orchestrate Holistic Input and ensure all timeline and documents are well communicated and managed by working closely with global functions and APAC key stakeholders.
  • Support global GTM related projects and act as local SPOC for global and lead APAC cross functions.

 

KPI’s:

 

  • Establish and governance of the APAC GTM milestones and timelines.
  • Building and Driving an integrated GTM process includes ranging milestones, sample timelines, CCA, BA, RA, AP etc. by aligning with global/local key stakeholder.
  • Coordinate key deliverables from all stakeholders throughout the GTM process in a timely manner to adhere to key milestones for each product season

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to develop and implement strategy
  • Proven leadership and management abilities especially in managing a diverse team.
  • Strong presentation/communication, negotiation and influencing skills, especially with senior stakeholders within a global matrix organization.
  • Distinct track record of success and high-level process management knowledge
  • Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management experience across commercial functions (e.g. marketing, sales, etc.) and supporting functions, as well as different organizational levels (Global, Market, Countries/Clusters etc.) Strong skill to manage the complexity.
  • A team player. Willing to learn

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in process management or project management required. Regional experience preferred.
  • University degree or above in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Marketing and/or Sales, or project management.
  • Fluent in English
