Director Site Merchandising & User Experience, Platforms

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Strategically elevate consumer experience to a higher level on platforms
  • Partnership with platforms or 3rd party on latest tools, functions and templates to uplift brand image Identify and improve different consumer journey with respective platforms
  • Identify and improve working process internally to enhance productivity and deliverables
  • Associate with Campaign Management and lead the UX team deliver visual merchandising excellence to improve conversion rate and consumer experience across adidas online stores in platforms while exploring the opportunities of improving consumer experience on platforms new functions.
  • Associate with Platform managers for experience enhancement including land/co-create platform new capability on our stores, achieve platform CR% target etc.
  • Associate with eCommerce buying team to produce seasonal merchandising strategy across adidas online store in platforms.
  • Work closely with 3rd party agency to deliver accurately with efficiency regarding site merchandising executions. Make sure all SKUs count, pricing, images are uploaded as planned.
  • Lead and guide the refreshment of the product display across platforms on regular basis based on key performance indicators to maximize conversion rate.
  • Deliver product presentation plan for all platform campaigns and keep refreshing to improve conversion rate.
  • Comprehensive competitor study to produce insights & influence of the new features

  • Excellent know-how about consumer journey on different Platforms
  • Strong website and mobile app UX design and optimization experience.
  • Logical thinking with analytics capabilities
  • Team player and have strong communication skill to lead and push projects across different functions.
  • Tolerance to stress, high energy and strong job ownership
  • Business acumen, especially for e-commerce
  • High degree of integrity and loyalty
  • Team player and have strong communication skill to lead and push projects across different functions
  • Skilled in PowerPoint and Excel

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree with 10+ years of working experience in digital E-commerce or product from retail industries
  • Industry: Ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes from sports or outdoor brands or internet
  • Fluent Chinese and English speaking are required
  • Good Presentation Skills to explain the design by business target analysis, data facts and UX analysis in English.
