Executive Assistant, General Management
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
• Help to make the best use of SVP/GM and SLT’s time by dealing with providing professional secretarial service.
• Works closely with SVP/GM to provide professional secretarial support.
• Assist Senior Leadership Team (SLT) on specific areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• SVP/GM Support:
o Organize and prioritize overall SVP/GM’s business schedule
o Overall GM office management coordination to support the daily activities of the GM
o Work on various projects and tasks assigned by the GM
o Communication to colleagues on business coordination daily
o Organize and store hardcopy documents and softcopy files, etc. and provide to SVP/GM when necessary
o Take meeting minutes for SVP/GM and circulate it to participants
o Ad-hoc basis support for SVP/GM if required (Global/APAC visitor coordination, etc.)
o Coordinate business trip arrangements (flight, accommodation, expense claim, etc.)
o Manage SVP/GM’s monthly expense claim via internal system
• SLT Support:
o Support to arrange x-functional SLT meeting
o Coordinate business trip arrangements (flight, accommodation, expense claim, etc.)
o Manage SLT’s monthly expense claim via internal system
o Support expat SLT’s living related things (communicate/arrange with agency & external, etc.)
o Global/APAC visitor coordination

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Fast learner, detail oriented, results driven mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
• Fluent in written and spoken English is a must
• Commercial and business knowledge preferred
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• More than 3 years of progressive experience
• Mature, positive attitude, well-organized with flexibility, a self-starter with enthusiasm and energetic attitude
