Forklift Operator

The safety and health of our employees is our top priority. We are taking extra precautions to ensure our people remain safe including an enhanced cleaning schedule in all our distribution centers. We’ve increased space between workstations to promote social distancing. Hand sanitizers and disinfecting wipes are also stationed throughout the facilities. Additionally, all employees are required to wear face covers at work and complete health screenings, including temperature checks, before their shifts. 



New Shift Schedule:  Front Half Days:  Sunday - Tuesday (12 hours) 5:30am - 5:30pm / Back Half Days:  Wednesday - Saturday (10 hours) 6:00am - 4:30pm 

                                    Front Half Nights: Sunday - Wednesday (10 hours) 6:00pm - 4:30am / Back Half Nights:  Thursday - Saturday (12 hours) 5:00pm - 5:00am 


Become an essential part of our fast-paced supply chain team in our distribution center.  Your daily tasks will include accurately processing orders with assigned powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts, stand up order picker/ cherry picker as well as other powered equipment. 



  • Utilize powered equipment safely including order picker, turret truck, reach truck, powered pallet jack and sit-down forklift, pick and put away product efficiently and accurately 

  • Utilize computerized warehouse management systems (WMS) and radio frequency (RF) scanners to process all barcoded products 

  • Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) 

  • Accurately record production by task and complete any necessary paperwork 

  • Flexibility to train and work in multiple areas 

  • Work safely and maintain a clean work environment 



While performing the duties of this job, the employee is: 

  • regularly required to talk or hear; sit, stand or walk; use fingers, hands, arms and feet to feel, handle, grip, grasp, lift, operate, push and pull for up to twelve (12) hours/day 

  • able to work safely at high levels, upwards of thirty-five (35) feet 

  • able to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures 

  • able to reliably attend work/scheduled hours 

  • required to safely operate power industrial equipment as noted above 

  • occasionally required to sit; bending, twisting, climb or balance; lift and carry items such as boxes weighing up to fifty (50) pounds; and stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl 



  1. High School diploma or equivalent 

  1. Six months experience operating a forklift
