Franchise Sales Excellence Specialist MENA

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Support the Franchise Team in all Sales and Data related operations including Sales Meetings, Digital Selling Tools, Order Placement, New account creation, Credit Notes & claims processing, and other required support as requested by the Sales Team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sell-out data collection and maintenance, which includes data integration and constant follow-ups with Franchise Partners and internal collaboration with key stakeholders with regards to BI / MicroStrategy.
  • Responsible for reports and dashboards (sell-out data, store performance analysis, NPS consumer feedbacks, store competition results, etc.).
  • Key point of contact with everything related to SSM (Single Store Master Data) and the management of the tool.
  • Drive ABOs & FTS communication & consolidation including order submission to Customer Service and liaise with CTC and Purchasing Team for all requirements.
  • Responsible to share and consolidate communication with partners on behalf of the Franchise Team including but not limited to RRP, launch dates, and store competitions (in collaboration with the CTC and Merchandising Teams).
  • Act as the main point of contact for all matters pertaining to the set-up and execution of Sales Meetings including but not limited to booking of showrooms, sales meeting calendar alignment through strong collaboration with the Sales Teams and Marketing.
  • Be the primary point of contact for Sell-In Tools support (CLICK/ eCat) for all Franchise Partners (including but not limited to technical support and onboarding of new accounts).
  • Manage all uploading of credit notes, claims and any additional administrative requests (e.g., related to the Bizagi tool).

  • Customer-oriented, approachable, and natural interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – Fluent in English
  • Advanced PowerPoint and professional Excel skills

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business Administration or related area
  • 3 years of experience in administration support or Data Analytics, ideally within sporting apparel/ fashion/ shoes or FMCG industry
