Operations Associate- Customer Service

 

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

This role in customer service (CS) team is responsible to follow & execute relevant processes and practices for to meet team’s targets & timelines.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proforma invoice creation / PI sharing
    • Tracking of inbounds against seasonal pre-order for DPC partners on a daily/weekly basis .
    • Generate proforma invoice (PIs) for all the digital partners on a frequently basis. Wherever applicable,
      • Upload PIs in DPC partner’s portal for timely execution of seasonal pre-orders.
      • sharing excel PIs with respective DPC partners.

 

  • PO download, consolidation & execution tracking
    • Download & consolidate issued POs in PDF & Excel format for billing.
    • As a key person, this role must work very closely with PO execution team of Customer Service to execute POs for all DPC partners.

 

  • Sharing digital invoice & shipping information
    • Timely uploading of digital invoices in partner portal for revenue recognition. E.g. VCW for CB, VC for FK etc.
    • Uploading of shipping information i.e. ASN (Advance shipment note) details for all the DPC partners to secure shipment deliveries.
    • Sharing PDF invoices with all the partner on request basis or as a part of Delivery process.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

•    Good IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
•    Good numeracy, literacy, verbal, and written communication skills

 

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 

•    Functional:  3-5 years in retail industry
•    Industry knowledge for digital business: ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes 

•    Graduation from Government approved university
