Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Drive sales efficiency and productivity by accurate reporting in the Franchise channel, providing constructive business insights
Build and create cutting edge reporting and analytics services to all stakeholders, enabling them to take quantitatively based decisions and optimize performance.
This person will review and analyze Sell-in and Sell-out data and identify opportunities to consult all markets and business leadership that will better performance overall.
Act as local “center of excellence” expert within Franchise for all reporting & analytics related topics and drive the implementation of reporting suites with consistency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a business support function for all EM Franchise analytics solutions and tools supporting the Franchise teams and leadership.
- Conduct reporting needs analysis and lead the demand management for insights and analytics services and tools within your area of responsibility.
- Build advanced reporting suites
- Identify risks & opportunities through analysis of Franchise Sell-in and Sell-out data and participate in the discussion for definition of actions to mitigate risks or realize identified opportunities.
- Prepare data analysis (insights and recommendations) for our Emerging Market Franchise Business (exemplary analytics areas may include but are not limited to):
- Sell Out Performance
- Profitability Performance
- NPS, Membership & other digital ops tools
- Omni-Channel Reporting (SFS, C&C, Endless Aisle, Return in store etc) when/where applicable
- Sales Academy and Training
- Digital share performance
- Channel Management
- Distribution analysis
- Range analysis & quantitative assortment optimization
- Consult Franchise teams across EM in driving consistent reporting language, insight generation and utilization of reporting suites towards business optimization
- Accountable for Market data sourcing and management, including partner onboarding
- Work with Global and EM Analytics Teams to input local insights and business reality, improve reporting structures and distil best practices across our markets
- Create and drive awareness about standard KPIs across markets within EM
- Provide and consolidate trainings across markets to understand EM KPIs such as Sell-Through by channel, Comp Growth, etc.
- Ensure accuracy and relevancy of data analyzed.
- Sales forecasting & budgeting, collaboration with Finance and Franchise teams, driving forecast accuracy and highlighting any gaps to the business

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good understanding of retail or consumer business process will be a plus.
- SAP, BI visualization tools (e.g. MicroStrategy, Tableau, PowerBI) experience is a plus
- Understanding of Finance, Customer Service, Sales
- High level of attention to detail and quality.
- Independent, logic and proactive thinker
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization
- Excellent project management skills.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience, with extensive experience in the area of Analytics (e.g. Web analytics, Digital Media/Marketing analytics, SEO Analysis or Attribution Modelling) Proficient in MS Office, MSS. Alteryx, R or Python is an advantage
- At least 3 years’ experience in business analytics.
- Cross-functional experience ideally with Customer Service/ Operations/ IT/ Sales/ Finance.
- Previous experience within an IT/service/SAAS environment is an advantage.
- Previous industry experience including sporting goods, fashion, FMCG.
