HR Executive (temporary 12M contract)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Mobility and relocation support: Ensure that all supports related to visa, air ticket, work permit, resident card, shipment/relocation, quarantine process, and other ad-hoc requirements to gain approval from government.
• Administration support for: house rental, car rental, business travel arrangement (routine and adhoc), schooling for expat’s kids, stationary, computer and equipment supplies.
• Contract and payment arrangement: for all housing, schooling, transportation, post and mailing cost
• Reports/ consolidate data: to EY, HR, government
• Other support: team events, training arrangement and other ad-hoc requests from HODs of the teams
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• At least 2-3 years of experience in handling a full process of obtaining visa, work permit, resident card for expatriations.
• Excellent in spoken and written English
• Having accountability, accuracy, and a hard-working trait.
• Having knowledge of Labor laws and other related laws, especially for expats would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical ability and able to prioritize issues for problem resolutions.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills along with problem-solving skills.
• Computer proficient, especially in using PowerPoint and Excel.
